400℃/750F high temperature high-efficiency HEPA filter manufacturer

The 400℃/750F HEPA filter is mainly made of glassfiber filter media, aluminum foil corrugated sheet as the spacer, SUS304 stainless steel plate as the frame, sealed and assembled with high-temperature-resistant ceramic glue. It is characterized by high filtration efficiency, low resistance and good high temperature resistance. It is mainly used for equipment and systems that require high temperature air purification such as Ultra-clean ovens and Pharma Sterilizer Tunnel.

the 400˚C HEPA Filter is sealed with ceramic adhesive, not traditional silicone, this can meet some requirements that silicone may affect product quality like semi-conductor. Also, this 400˚C and 750˚F high temperature resistant ability makes this kind of filter available for ultra-clean sterilizer ovens.

the filter made of stainless steel 316L makes it has a very good stable construction in High temp situations, the hemmed aluminum separator protects filter media from breaking.

We have tested the filters to improve it is available in 400˚C  situation, the filter still keeps a good air filtration performance. According to our experience, for this kind of filter, metal mesh is not available because the ceramic glue will swell at high temperature, adding a mesh may cause a possible broken adhesive. So, it is should be careful to deal with the filters once need to install.

  • When the HEPA filter material is bent, there are two indentations, so that it opens into a wedge-shaped box-type pleat at the end of the separator.
