The 250˚C high-temperature Heat resistant Hot Oven air filter is assembled with a glass fiber aluminum foil separator, stainless steel 304, 201, 316L frame, and special high-temperature silicone sealant. The two sides of the filter material are folded 180° to form a wedge-shaped pleated layer.
- Can be equipped with a single or double-side metal mesh to protect filter media from damage.
- Can be designed with a single or double header, DTF, and Box frame construction.

Features & Advantageous
- The unique frame design of the 1.5-2.00mm stainless steel outer frame increases the overall strength.
- The 0.03mm aluminum foil separator with circular arc corrugated grooves can not only protect the filter paper from damage but also reduce the resistance and the wind speed to pass evenly.
- The high-quality glass fiber filter paper has a spacing of 4mm, which increases the filter area and has a large dust holding capacity and small resistance and high filtration efficiency.
- The red silicone adhesive can be used for a long time at a MAX 250 degrees high temperature, and the temperature-resistant sealing strip ( Silicone bar ) is pasted on the air outlet side to prevent leakage.

the filter media is separated by a corrugated aluminum foil, the side of the foil is double folded to prevent glassfiber media from damaged because of a sharp edge. Single or double side metal mesh to pretect filter media is available.

Silicone-free design
We also offer a silicone-free high-temperature HEPA filter for some special Paint Curing Booth Drying Oven, which sometimes the silicone material will damage the process. Also for some industries such as semi-conductor.
