Rigid V cell filter / V bank air filter for air handling unit
The rigid V bank filter usually be designed as 2V, 3V or 4V, which can be used in general commercial or industrial HVAC systems, such as hospital systems, pharmaceutical factories, spray food printing laboratories, gas turbines, and can and need clean purified air and living environments. In the most severe working environment, it can work stably under humid conditions and provide reliable filtration performance.
It consists of fiberglass filter paper or polyester fiber filter paper, with a filter area of more than 20 square meter, and the outer frame is made of ABS plastic to form a rigid construction.
The rigid v bank filter provides a stable air flow rate, lower resistance and reliable filter performance. It is a very nice design for terminal filtration for some commercial ventilation. Also, it can be designed as activated carbon combined with odor removal function.
