INTRODUCTION
The HV high volume HEPA filters, are made of galvanized steel frame or aluminum board, or stainless steel. V type design can increase the filter area that gives lower pressure drop and higher airflow rate, there are 3V, 4V, 5V, or 6V design for your choice.
Standard size for v bank high capacity HEPA filters are 610*610*292mm or 610*305*292mm.
The best advantageous for HV HEPA filters is the large air flow rate, it`s can be used as the final filter for normal cleanroom, or as the pre filter before ULPA filters.
The HV HEPA filters can remove most of the dust, smoke, micron bacteria, virus, ash and other air pollutants, it`s a good replacement for aluminum foil HEPA filters and other panel HEPA filters. Because of the large air flow rate, low resistance, the high volume HV filters can save running cost, save electronics consumption. Of course the longer service life, means it no need to replace frequently, this can save labor cost for replacing filters.
The neoprene gasket to make sure air tight, no air leakages. Glass fiber media are fire proof and water proof, also there are anti micron bacteria glass fiber as choice. Mini pleated filter media can enlarge the filter area, hot melt as the separator to let the airflow pass through filter pack evenly.
