INTRODUCTION
- Sometimes we may facing the problem that air filters size or construction is strange, uncommon; we cannot buy the filters in market. In order to solve the problem, EawayFilters provide customized size and OEM service for the air filters. And we can make special construction according to the requirement.
- For commercial or industrial application, we use glass fiber media, metal or plastic frame for the customized air filters.
- For mini pleated HEPA filters, the thickness for aluminum alloy frame is 46mm, 50mm, 69mm, 80mm, 96mm, 117mm, 120mm, 150mm; other thickness is not available at the present. The length and width of the frame is any size available;
- If you want to order different thickness, we can use plastic frame or galvanized steel frame, the plastic frame should be molded;
- The HEPA air filters used for air purifier also could be customized and OEM, it`s polyester filter media and cardboard paper frame; thickness between 10mm to 80mm available;
- Length and width can be any size.
- The HEPA filters can combined with carbon particle filters and anti-bacteria, or pre filters to become multiply function air filters.
