INTRODUCTION

The disposable ceiling module are used for non evenly airflow cleanroom ( class 1000 to 300000 ), very popular in many applications, reliable performance, low price, and very easily to install. The outside with perforated hole outlet to provide uniform airflow. The filter media is glass fiber H13 or H14, mini pleated design, hot melt separator, polyurethane sealant seal the HEPA filter pack with ceiling module frame, neoprene gasket on the HEPA filters side, to make sure no leakages when the disposable ceiling module laying on the ceiling grid.

All HEPA filters are tested by DOP or MPPS laser machine.

CONSTRUCTION

• The disposable ceiling module contains frame, air outlet, HEPA filters, air valve;
• Frame: coated rolled metal panel, or stainless steel;
• Air outlet: perforated hole panel, evenly airflow prevent spire airflow;
• Airflow enter: from the upon or form the side, there are square or round air collar;
• Insulation layer;
• All metal part are sealed by welding, then sealed the seam by glass cement.
