INTRODUCTION
The gel seal HEPA filter air diffusers are the instruments in cleanroom that provide super level air tight, the gel seal HEPA filters is replaceable; this equipment are mainly used in hospital, bio pharmaceutical, semi conductor, LED screen, optical, fine machine, laboratory and so on.
The frame are cold rolled panel, electrostatic process. Anti corrosion, anti acid, strong construction. All every part of the frame are welded, and the seam are sealed by silicone glue to prevent air leakage. The air outlet are positioned by screw, it`s very conveniently to install and unload. To replace the gel seal HEPA filters just stand beneath the diffusers and not need to go to the ceiling grid.
COMPONENT
- Butterfly air valve;
The air inlet collar got a butterfly air valve inside to control air flow rate; at the side of diffusers frame there are a handle that twist it can control it.
The butterfly air valve is connected with the handle by a tiny metal stick, control the handle can also control the valve. - HEPA filters;
provides both normal mini pleated HEPA filter with EVA gasket, or gel seal HEPA filter, efficiency range from H13 to H14, U15. - HEPA filters holders;
There are four or six holders to hold the gel seal HEPA filter, twist the holders into different position can disassemble HEPA filters. - Air volume control valve
Provides round or square Air volume control valve, placed on the top or side of frame, the round control valve diameter 200mm, 250mm or 300mm, 350mm and so on. Square valve size 200*200mm. - Frame material
Cold plate paint, welding connection, use sealant to strengthen the sealing effect.
