Before the Chinese New Year at the end of 2022, we welcomed an important Thailand customer. The customer has placed an order with us for 12 sets Fan Filter Unit, also we called the item fan powered HEPA filter.
The size of the fan filter unit is 1175 * 1175 * 280mm. Inside HEPA filter size 1170 * 1170 * 69mm efficiency H14.
The fan filter unit are used in cleanroom workshops, such as in the medical, pharmaceutical and other industries. This client, he’s also in the pharmaceutical industry always do some projects.
When the customer placed the order, it is actually very close to the Chinese New Year. At this time, most of the factories and transportation logistics are half-rest, in order to ensure that customers can receive the goods before the Spring Festival. We try our best to produce the FFU and ship them within ten days of the customer placing the order.
The fan filter unit adopts the dual motor mode. It can provide wind speed of 0.45 ~ 0.75 m per second uniform wind speed. They are quite low noise, low vibration, very suitable for some strict clean room environment.
