Even a simple small dust size 10um on the surface of painting, the result is a spot on the appearance. To solve the problem, air filters should be used when air entering the painting room.
Medium efficiency air filter F5, or F8 EN:1822 is recommend. We can use mini pleated, deep pleated, v bank, or pocket filters as the final filter stage. If the outside air is cloudy, pre filter is recommend to maximize final filters service life.
The second process is baking, oven supply high temperature air with dust inside, the filter the dust; we need use high temperature air filters efficiency F5 to F8, bear 200-250℃; the high temperature filter can remove fine dust and make the air become clean, so there is not risk of spot when baking the painting items.
