HEPA FILTERS FOR HOSPITAL
The air always contains some bacteria and viruses, pathogene, dust and so on, that will make patient wound be infected. To control those resources, we need create a super clean area before doing a surgery.
The best solution is HEPA filters, HEPA filters can remove 0.3um particles, bacteria, virus, and other pollution with good efficiency of 99.995% to 99.999%, under the airflow filtered by HEPA, the air cleanliness level is at least class 100. It`s a wonderful place to do a surgery.
The standard surgery clean space size is 3*3m, HEPA filters be installed on the ceiling top, air flow vertical from upon to down, 3*3m space is quite enough to create a place for patient and medical care personnel.
To maximize the HEPA filters life span, we can add pre filters and pocket filter at the HVAC tunnel, pocket filters can remove 0.5um particles with good efficiency of 95%, that will release the burden of HEPA.
